Rosalie Grenz has diverse work experience in instructional design, testing, and education. Rosalie started their career as an Associate Editor at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where they edited and proofed content for print components and collaborated on creating interactive materials. Rosalie then worked as a Learning Architect, developing storyboards for digital lessons and creating content for adaptive interactive tools. At Phoenix Defense, LLC, they served as an Instructional Designer, creating training using Adobe Captivate and implementing the Agile process. Currently, they work at Phoenix Defense, LLC as a Test Engineer, writing and crafting tests to ensure the functionality of systems according to client-defined requirements.
