Scot Hodgdon has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Scot currently serves as the Vice President of Program Development at Phoenix Defense, LLC., where they oversee multiple strategically aligned companies serving defense and aerospace customers worldwide. Prior to this, they worked at ARTTRA Inc. as a Senior Aviation Analyst, where they provided advisory and analytical support for Army Aviation Force Modernization and Integration initiatives. Before that, they had a long and successful career in the US Army, where they held several roles including Project Manager & Action Officer (Aviation), Program Manager (Professor of Military Science for Senior Army ROTC Detachment), Senior Executive (Chief of Staff for Joint Forces Operations Center), Operations Manager (Chief of Current Operations and Mobile Command Center), Executive Leadership (Deputy Team Chief, Stability Transition Team), Aviation Program Manager (Security Assistance Officer), and Chief of Operations & Program Manager. Their roles in the army involved managing budgets, coordinating operations, advising commanders, and developing force modernization goals. Scot is known for their leadership, strategic planning, and expertise in aviation.

Scot Hodgdon has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Norwich University. Scot also holds a Master's degree from the Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) at Maxwell AFB. Their Master's degree is in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies, and they graduated as a Distinguished Graduate from the program.
