Tanweer Gill

Tanweer Gill is a seasoned professional in integration management, currently serving as a Senior Integration Manager at Phoenix Group since July 2020, following the acquisition of ReAssure Group from Swiss Re. Prior to this role, Tanweer was an Integration Manager within Swiss Re's M&A team, handling the full integration lifecycle for various life and pension financial services from December 2011 to July 2020. Tanweer has also held positions such as Delivery Lead/Programme Manager and Project Manager, managing business, IT, and regulatory-driven change projects in the financial services sector. Additionally, Tanweer began a career as a Business Analyst at EPI International Ltd in late 2011. Academically, Tanweer holds an M.A in Globalisation and Development and a B.A in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, both from the University of Warwick.
