Pete Mumma

Pete Mumma, MS, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Behavioral Health at Hartford HealthCare since June 2022. Pete has extensive leadership experience, including positions as President of the Board of Directors and President & CEO at Phoenix House New England since April 2019. Previously, Pete held senior executive roles at Phoenix House and LifeBridge Health, focusing on strategic and operational management in behavioral health and substance abuse. As a Behavioral Healthcare Executive Consultant from 2013 to July 2017, Pete advised organizations on integrating care and enhancing clinical outcomes. Pete's earlier roles included Director at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and Administrative Director at Lancaster General Health. Pete holds an MBA in Health Care Management from York College of Pennsylvania, an MS in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and a BA in Psychology from Goucher College.
