Neal Warnick has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Neal started their career in 1990 as an Assistant Buyer at Costco Wholesale and later joined Microsoft Corporation as an Account Manager, managing retail sales accounts. In 2001, they founded Big Box Entertainment, a publisher/packager focused on children's books for the club channel, and sold the business to an overseas book publisher in 2005. From 2005 to 2015, Neal served as the President of Wholesale Solutions, where they sourced, managed, and sold product programs to large national retail chains, particularly in the club channel. During this time, they gained expertise in product concept, packaging, and sales. In 2015, they joined UPS as part of the marketing team before becoming the Sales Director at Phoenix International Publications, Inc. in 2018. In this role, they manage the Costco U.S. and Asia, as well as Sam's Club business for the company. Throughout their career, Neal has demonstrated strong leadership and business development skills.
