Jonathan Ngo

Jonathan Ngo has a solid background in IT operations and support. Jonathan is currently working as the IT Operations Lead at Phoenix Labs since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Manager at SAV Technology from November 2019 to July 2021. Jonathan also worked at Nucleus Networks Inc., where they held various roles including Support Manager from October 2018 to November 2019, Support Team Lead from May 2018 to October 2018, and Support Specialist from October 2013 to May 2018.

Jonathan Ngo obtained a Diploma of Technical Studies in Computer Information Systems Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013.
