Bang Ngo

Bang Ngo has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to recruitment and HR. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Researcher for vom Bruck & Borgart Research GmbH before transitioning to a Research/Recruiting Consultant role at Dr. Scheuten & Hill Consulting HR in 2009. In 2013, they joined Hays, where they held multiple positions including Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, and Team Lead IT. During their time at Hays, they focused on business development, establishing relationships with clients, and managing accounts. In 2021, Bang Ngo joined AVC Med as the Director of Global HR & Talent Acquisition, and in 2022, they became the Chief of People Operations at Phoenix Med Health. Most recently, they started working as a Managing Partner at FIND HealthCareers.

Bang Ngo attended The University of Bonn from 2006 to 2012. Bang obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in VWL (Volkswirtschaftslehre) and Asienwissenschaften (Asian Studies).
