Leena Das-Young

Leena Das-Young, Pharm.D., currently serves as CEO and President of Caliber Biosciences, driving innovations in oncology since March 2024. Concurrently, Leena holds roles as an Independent Board Member at Phoenix Molecular Designs, Managing Partner at Emerald BioVentures, and Advisor at Meliora Therapeutics and ARTIS Ventures, focusing on precision medicine and disruptive technology in healthcare. As Founder and CEO of RaniBio Group, LLC, Leena provides clinical and commercial advisory services to biopharmaceutical and health tech companies. Previous experience includes a General Manager role at Guardant Health, overseeing early-stage cancer applications, and a distinguished tenure at Pfizer, where significant contributions to late-phase oncology drug development were made. Leena obtained both a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Purdue University.
