Chra Jaimie Lynn Deveza

Jaimie Lynn Deveza has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jaimie Lynn began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Assistant at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. where they worked until August 2018. During their time at Phoenix Petroleum, Jaimie held the position of Senior Rewards & Benefits Specialist starting in September 2018.

Before transitioning to the corporate world, Jaimie worked as a Teacher Assistant at Light & Life Student Center from March 2008 to March 2012.

Jaimie Lynn Deveza, CHRA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Jaimie Lynn obtained additional certifications, including Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the International Open Academy in February 2022, Certified Human Resource Associate from the Human Resource Educators' Association of the Philippines in October 2021, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Six Sigma PH in May 2019.
