Marlon Aparece has extensive experience in the petroleum industry, currently serving as Retail Territory Manager at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc. since January 2017. In this role, Marlon has also held positions as Operations Lead and Head of Operations for the Luzon region, demonstrating a strong leadership presence. Prior to this, Marlon worked at Enercon Fuel Services Inc. from 2010 to 2017, progressing through roles such as Operation in Charge and Operations Supervisor. Marlon's career began at Petron Corporation as a Purchasing Officer from 2009 to 2010, providing a solid foundation in operations management within the sector.
