Anja Elfner

Anja Elfner has over 19 years of work experience. Anja most recently worked as an Area HR Director at PHOENIX group - Integrated Healthcare Provider, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from July 2020 to March 2022. Anja also worked at SAP for 12 years, holding various roles including Category Lead HR Services, Global Procurement Organization, Head of Global Category Procurement HR, and Global Category Expert HR. Anja'stenure at SAP was from April 2008 to January 2020. Before SAP, Anja worked at BorgWarner for 6 years, serving as a Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager.

Anja Elfner completed their education with a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg. Anja pursued this degree from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended DHBW Mannheim from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Diplom Betriebswirtin BA degree in Business Administration.
