Christoph Engelhardt-Fricker

Christoph Engelhardt-Fricker has significant work experience in project management and IT roles. Christoph began their career at Heidelberg, where they worked as a Project Engineer and Project Leader in supply chain management and performed an SAP R/3 rollout. Christoph then joined Siemens Building Technologies, holding various positions such as Senior Business Analyst, Head of Application and Processes, Global E-Business Rollout Manager, and IT Program Manager Sales/CRM. Currently, they are working at the PHOENIX group as the Head of Chapter Portfolio & Project Management, where they oversee the team of Project Managers and ensures project management excellence across the organization. In previous roles at PHOENIX, they served as the Head of Project Management Office (PMO) and Head of IT Project Management.

Christoph Engelhardt-Fricker holds a Graduate Engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), which they completed from 1993 to 1999. Christoph pursued an MBA in General Management & E-Business from the University of Southern Queensland from 2006 to 2007. In 2016, they attended PMI for a course in Project Management, but no degree was mentioned.
