Carl Erickson

Carl Erickson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Carl began their career at Steel Warehouse as an Account Manager from September 2005 to January 2008. Carl then moved to ArcelorMittal USA, where they held various roles, including Process Manager Internal Logistics from January 2008 to December 2013, Manager- Raw Materials #7 Blast Furnace from December 2013 to February 2020, and Process Engineer from February 2020 to July 2022. Currently, they work as the Director of Customer Operation at Phoenix Services, LLC, starting in April 2022. Carl has demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams of both represented hourly employees and non-represented salary employees, ensuring safety and environmental standards, and improving departmental safety records.

Carl Erickson earned their Bachelor's Degree in Recreation & Sports Management from Indiana State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Carl then pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Indiana University Northwest from 2015 to 2017. In August 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Indiana University Northwest.
