Melisa Grimes

Melisa Grimes has extensive experience in credit, collection, and customer service management, currently serving as the Credit, Collection and Customer Service Manager at Phoenix Textile Corporation since July 1998. Prior to this role, Melisa worked as an Assistant Accounting Manager at Venture Stores Inc from May 1995 to June 1998, a retail business that ultimately closed due to bankruptcy. Additionally, Melisa held the position of Collection Supervisor, overseeing the department responsible for the collection of returned checks. Melisa's education includes attendance at Francis Howell High School from 1977 to 1980 and completion of coursework at Lewis and Clark Technical School.
