VP & General Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions & Financing, US at Phoenix Tower International

As the United States Vice President and General Counsel of Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Wade manages the legal and asset management aspects of the US business and other corporate governance and related administrative tasks for the Company.

Prior to serving as US General Counsel to Phoenix Tower International, Mr. Wade served as General Counsel to Wireless Capital Partners (“WCP”), a national wireless lease and tower aggregator, as well as a real estate lawyer in the Los Angeles and New York City offices of the law firm, Duval & Stachenfeld LLP (“D&S”), which is one of the largest transactional real estate law groups in New York City.

While at WCP, Mr. Wade was responsible for managing the legal and diligence portions of wireless leasing buy-outs, ultimately overseeing the diligence, acquisition, and asset management of hundreds of wireless lease buy-outs as well as overseeing the sale of two portfolios originated by WCP and other aspects of corporate governance. While at D&S, Mr. Wade represented large private equity groups in connection with their commercial real estate investments (including office, multi-family and hotels/resorts) as well as high-end retailers in connection with their retail leasing negotiations within large urban areas such as Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Las Vegas.

Mr. Wade holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Western Michigan University, as well as a J.D. degree from Southwestern University in Los Angeles, where he served as a member of the Southwestern University Law Review. Mr. Wade is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
