Olivier Soulier

Olivier Soulier is a seasoned professional in the engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as the Regional Site Manager for Phoenix Tower International in Guadeloupe since May 2022. Previously, Olivier worked at Otis France as a Business Engineer, overseeing various projects across the Caribbean and French Guiana from March 2018 to May 2022. Olivier's experience includes project management, logistical coordination, and budget handling, alongside a background in engineering gained through a one-month project role at Icam focused on fluid dynamics for Zodiac Pool Care. Earlier roles also include an assistant site manager internship at Bouygues Construction, where responsibilities encompassed quality control and safety compliance for social housing projects, as well as technical internships at Handle and DGATA, which provided foundational experience in maintenance and understanding workplace conditions. Olivier holds an engineering degree from Icam, completed in 2017.
