Brock Mooney

Brock Mooney is an experienced project manager currently working at PHOENIX WELDING since January 2017. Prior to this role, Brock served as the Port and Freight Project Manager for the Maine Department of Transportation from May 2016 to January 2017. Brock's earlier career includes a position as Terminal Manager at Sprague Operating Resources LLC from 2008 to 2015 and as a Deck Officer at Sea Star Line between January 2005 and September 2008, where responsibilities included cargo operations, navigation, and crew safety training. Brock holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Transportation Operations from Maine Maritime Academy, completed in 2004, and graduated from South Portland High School in 1998.
