Analista de Customer Success at PhoneTrack

Jéssica Nogueira's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities. Jéssica began their career as a Consultora de Vendas e Atendimento at Green Peace Operadora de Turismo in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Auxiliar Administrativo at PS Treinamento Empresarial, where they also took on additional projects such as coordinating the Sucesso na Carreira project. At Signature Brasil, from December 2018 to February 2019, they implemented a culture of Customer Success, focusing on reducing churn rates and increasing customer satisfaction. Jéssica also worked as a Client Support during this time, providing direct support to accounts and coordinating training logistics. From April to June 2019, they worked as an Assistente de Logística at Afferolab, providing support for the Grupo Boticário. Most recently, since December 2021, Jéssica has been working as an Analista de Customer Success at PhoneTrack. Here, they manage customer portfolios, ensures customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities and risks that may impact their business. Jéssica also engages customers to ensure optimal usage of the PhoneTrack platform and mitigates incidents and risks. Jéssica has documented processes, participated in result meetings, and resolved problems within defined SLAs.

Jéssica completed their technical degree in Gestão e Planejamento de Eventos at the Instituto Federal do Paraná - IFPR (Curitiba) from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained another technical degree in Tecnologia da Informação from ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo from 2009 to 2010. Jéssica also holds a Bachelor's degree in Gestão de Turismo from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, which they earned from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Jéssica has pursued several certifications. Jéssica obtained the certifications in Fundamentos e Metodologia da Educação Corporativa from Enap - Escola Nacional de Administração Pública in March 2023, and in Como Desenvolver sua Inteligência Emocional from LinkedIn in March 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications in Seis Sigma: Green Belt and Certificação em métricas do Google Ads from LinkedIn and Google, respectively, both obtained in February 2020. Jéssica has also received certifications in Certificação em rede de Pesquisa do Google Ads, Certificação em Display do Google Ads, and Certificação em anúncios do Shopping, all obtained from Google in August and November of 2022.
