Viviane Silva Santos has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Viviane began their career as an Aprendiz de Aux. Administrativo and later transitioned to an Aprendiz de qualidade e logística at Petrobras. In 2009, they joined Grupo Contax as an Operador de atendimento ao cliente, where they handled customer relationships across various channels. For the next five years, from 2014 to 2019, they worked at Guardex Self Storage, first as an Assistente de Atendimento ao cliente and later as a Coordenadora de Atendimento - Comercial. In these roles, they focused on fostering customer relationships, implementing process improvements, and managing a team. From 2021 onwards, Viviane has worked at Bravo Caminhões Ônibus as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst, where their responsibilities included lead management, performance monitoring, customer satisfaction analysis, and market research. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Analyst at PhoneTrack.

Viviane Silva Santos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication - Public Relations from UNEB - Universidade do Estado da Bahia, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Viviane pursued further education at Unijorge in 2017 and 2018, completing a Post-Graduate degree in Commercial Management with a focus on Negotiation and Relationship Management with Clients.

In addition to their formal education, Viviane has obtained several certifications. Finally, in 2022 and 2023, they obtained certifications in Employee Experience & Organizational Culture and in Customer Experience & Customer Success, respectively, from Conquist Brasil.
