James Cantrell

James Cantrell has extensive work experience in operations and engineering, with notable roles including Vice President Operations and Engineering at Phononic Inc, General Assembly Plant Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and various positions at Toyota Industries North America, Inc. Prior to their corporate roles, they served in leadership positions in the US Army, including as HHC Company Commander and Combat Arms Officer. Cantrell demonstrated leadership, operational efficiency, and management skills throughout their career.

James Cantrell holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and a Master of Public Administration from Webster University. James also has additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
