Nathan Horlacher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nathan started their career in 2008 as a Competitive Level Intramural Referee at Western Oregon University, where they gained skills in leadership and conflict resolution. In 2010, they interned at IBM as a Loss Mitigation Asset Processor, where they developed data entry and privacy skills.

From 2011 to 2012, Nathan worked as a Procurement/Asset Utilization Service Assistant III - Summer Internship at Portland General Electric, learning about daily procurement duties and attending buyer meetings. Nathan then joined Quality Counts, LLC as a Project Manager in 2012, where they supervised field technicians and managed data processing and client communication.

In 2012, Nathan briefly worked as a Legal Team Coordinator at NAVEX Global. Nathan then joined Planar Systems in 2013 and held various roles, including Client Representative and Sales Operations Manager, until 2018. In these roles, they gained experience in sales operations and client management.

Since 2018, Nathan has been employed at Phoseon Technology, where they have held different positions. Nathan started as a Sales Operations Specialist and later became the Sales Operations Team Lead. Currently, they serve as the Sales Operations Manager, overseeing activities such as creating quotes, managing high-profile accounts, and supporting global accounts.
