Steve Norgaard

Mr. Norgaard joined Phoseon in 2021, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in High Technology Operations within high-growth and established organizations. Prior to joining Phoseon, Mr. Norgaard was a Vice President at Cymer based in San Diego, California where he managed Global Field Service Operations and more recently Global Supply Chain and Quality. Previously, Mr. Norgaard was a Vice President, Manufacturing Operations at nLIGHT, and also held operations positions at Applied Materials and New Focus. Mr. Norgaard received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Stanford University and an M. B. A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
