Lily Dart

Lily Dart has a diverse range of work experience in design and leadership roles. Lily is currently the Group Design Director at Photobox, overseeing a 20-person design team across multiple brands and markets. Prior to this, Lily was the Design Director at FutureGov, responsible for a 30-person design team and working with government contracts. Lily also served as the Head of Design Systems at Lloyds Banking Group, where they built a team of 10 and achieved significant savings for the company. Additionally, Lily has held design leadership positions at the Department for International Trade and Thames Valley Housing Association. Lily has a background in product management and design coaching, having worked with companies such as Mind Of My Own Ltd and dxw. Lily began their career as a User Experience Manager at Be Different and also worked as a freelance web developer and graphic designer. Lily has a strong passion for user-focused design and agile delivery methods.

Lily Dart attended Ravensbourne University London from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued a foundation degree in Art and Design. Following this, they enrolled at the University of the Arts London from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a FDA degree in Graphic Communication.
