Tim Redding

Tim Redding has extensive work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Tim has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Tim started their career at Vrisko Ltd in 2000 as a Java Developer and worked there until 2004. Tim then joined The Medical Screening Company as a Java Developer from 2004 to 2005.

In 2005, Tim joined Tribal DDB London and worked as a Java Developer, Senior Java Developer, and eventually became a Java Team Lead until 2012. Tim then moved to Tribal Worldwide London and served as the Head of Java Development from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Tim joined MetaPack Group as a Tech Lead. During their time there, they successfully turned around the delivery of the core product and improved efficiency within the company. Tim held this role until 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, Tim worked at Photobox. Tim initially joined as an Ecommerce Architect, then became the Head of Ecommerce Architecture. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Engineering.

Tim's work experience showcases their expertise in Java development, team leadership, and project management. Their accomplishments include successfully improving team morale, delivering products without production outages, and enhancing efficiency within organizations.

Tim Redding attended the University of Kent from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc hons) degree in Computer Science.
