Susan S. MacDonald has accumulated extensive experience in the photomask and semiconductor industries, primarily in applications engineering and management roles. With a career spanning from 1974 to 2018, Susan has held significant positions at companies such as Dupont Photomasks, Toppan Photomasks, and Photronics, contributing to advanced customer applications support, product development, and the management of technical specifications. Notably, Susan has led initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and customer integration while guiding teams in lithography and metrology. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, complements Susan's technical expertise. Currently, Susan is retired.
