John Seaberg

John Seaberg has worked in the healthcare space for many years. John began their career in 1996 as the Vice President of Sales at Guidant Corp. During their time there, they were responsible for five directors, 42 managers, and more than 500 sales and technical reps. In 2006, they moved to Cherry Tree as an Investment Banker. In 2009, they founded and served as Chairman of Phraxis, Inc., a company developing vascular access technologies. In 2014, they became Chairman of Anteris Technologies and Medicom Health Interactive. John also became Executive Vice President of Cedar Point Capital LLC in 2015. In 2016, they became Chairman of Preceptis Medical. Most recently, they served as Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman of NeoChord Inc. from 2007 to 2014 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Synovis Life Technologies from 2008 to 2012.

John Seaberg attended the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management from 1996 to 1997, where they earned an MBA. John also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of MN. John completed their education with Edina High School.
