Cynthia Hicks

Cynthia Hicks is a seasoned professional in public affairs and research, currently serving as Senior Director at PhRMA since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Public Affairs at PhRMA and Consultant at Forrester, in addition to her time as a Research Strategist and Strategic Manager at 20|20 Research. Cynthia has also chaired the Research Committee at AMA Nashville and held positions such as Director of Polling and Polling Analyst at icitizen, where data-driven insights were shared with prominent media outlets. Cynthia's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Political Science with a focus on Quantitative Methods from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of San Diego, complimented by early research contributions at prestigious institutions including Stanford University.
