Jyoti Sharma Paliwal

Jyoti Sharma Paliwal has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jyoti is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Phronesis Partners since October 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of AVP HR at WNS from May 2011 to July 2013. Jyoti also worked as an HR Manager at SCA Technologies from April 2010 to April 2011 and as a Human Resources Manager at British Airways from July 2007 to March 2010. Jyoti's career in Human Resources started at GENPACT LLC in 1999, where they served as a Human Resources AM for almost 8 years.

Jyoti Sharma Paliwal completed their education at various institutions. In 1994-1997, they pursued a degree in Mathematics(Hons) at Miranda House, Delhi University. In 1995-1996, they obtained a certification in the German Language from Max Mueller Bhawan. Later, in 2004-2005, they attended the University of Pennsylvania and Amity University, earning a PMP degree in Project Management Professional and a PGDBM degree in Human resources, respectively.
