Ibrahim El Menschawi

Ibrahim El Menschawi is an experienced executive in the agriculture and seed industry, currently serving as CEO of Verisem Seeds and Commercial Advisor at PhycoWorks since 2020 and 2022, respectively. El Menschawi has held significant roles including Advisory Board Chairman at Kleffmann Digital RS and Head Commercial EMEA Vegetable Seeds at Bayer Crop Science. Notable experience also includes leading the EMEA Commercial segment for Monsanto's Vegetable Business and serving in various leadership positions at Monsanto International Sarl, SEMINIS VEGETABLE SEEDS, and Monsanto Europe SA. El Menschawi holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Nürtingen-Geislingen University and further academic experience at Justus Liebig University Giessen.
