Lea Power Carpenter has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lea is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. Lea also served as a project manager for departmental activities and was responsible for managing HR metrics and data tracking.

Lea Power Carpenter, MHRM, holds a master's degree in Human Resources, which they obtained from Ashford University between 2009 and 2011. Lea also completed their bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Metropolitan College of NY from 2000 to 2003.
