Nicole Deaner

Nicole Deaner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicole is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Operations & Innovation at Physician Housecalls, LLC since September 2023. Before that, they worked at RubiconMD, where they held the positions of Vice President of Behavioral Health from March 2022 to September 2023, and Senior Director of Behavioral Health Solutions from September 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Nicole was the Director of Practice Transformation at CareAllies from March 2017 to August 2020. Nicole also worked at HealthTeamWorks, holding roles such as Director of Education & Training from June 2016 to March 2017, Director of Systems Transformation from January 2015 to June 2016, Regional Director from January 2013 to January 2015, and Residency Project Program Manager from January 2009 to January 2013. Earlier in their career, Nicole served as the Director of Community Relations at HouseWorks from September 2004 to September 2008, and worked in various counseling roles at organizations such as the National MS Society, Central New England Chapter; Daybreak Girl's Home; CourtHouse Inc; and Marilee Center.

Nicole Deaner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Illinois State University in the years 1990-1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, they have achieved certifications in Change Style Indicator from Discovery Learning International in 2016 and in being a Credentialed ATD Master Trainer from ATD Nebraska.
