Kunal Arora

Kunal Arora has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Kunal started their career as a Recruitment Specialist IT at Concepts Human Resources Private Ltd. in 2018, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment of middle to senior-level positions. Kunal then moved on to Spectrum Talent Management as an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition), where their responsibilities included handling all recruiting activities and ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees. In 2020, Kunal joined Square Yards as a Human Resources Executive, focusing on real estate recruitments and reviewing resumes and applications. In 2022, they joined BYJU'S as an Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition, responsible for ed-tech hiring, recruitment process management, and stakeholder management. Currently, Kunal is an Associate Manager-Talent Acquisition at PW (PhysicsWallah), where they are involved in talent acquisition strategies and managing recruitment activities.
