Yara Peterko

Yara Peterko currently serves as Vice President at the Council of Occupational Therapists for the European Countries since October 2023 and holds a position as Rehabilitation Faculty at Physiopedia since January 2022. Yara is the Founder of Yara Peterko - Workplace Health & Wellbeing, established in April 2021, and previously operated YEP! Praxis für Ergotherapie from June 2017 to March 2021 as a Private Practice Owner. Earlier experience includes roles as an External Lecturer at IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems from 2015 to 2019, Occupational Therapist at Therapiezentrum am Mühlteich from May 2011 to June 2017, and at SKA Zicksee from October 2010 to August 2013, as well as a Community Support Worker at IDEA Services from November 2009 to September 2010. Yara holds a Master of Science in Health Assisting Engineering from FH Campus Wien and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, along with a Community Support Worker Level 2 qualification from IDEA Services New Zealand.
