Milica McDowell

Milica McDowell, PT, MSPT, DPT, C-EP has a diverse work experience. Milica is currently working as the VP of Product & Sales in the e-Learning Division at Physitrack PLC, where their responsibilities include the growth and modernization of the division's continuing education experiences for rehabilitation providers globally. Milica is also the Head of Professional Education at fringeheals, where they develop an e-learning platform called Fringe University to provide science-backed continuing education for health and wellness professionals.

Prior to these roles, Milica was the owner of Clearwater Physical Therapy, an out-patient orthopedics and sports medicine physical therapy clinic and gym. Milica worked closely with physicians to customize treatment plans and enhance functional and performance outcomes. Milica also owned BLUEBIRD MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY, offering in-home stairlift installations.

Milica's experience includes owning Epic Fitness Center and CrossFit Send It, where they provided group exercise classes, personal training, and sport-specific training. Milica also worked at RockTape as the Senior Director of Medical Education, responsible for brand direction, global scalability, and product and education innovation. Milica led the launch of their digital global LMS system and taught professional medical education sessions as a Continuing Education Instructor.

Additionally, Milica served as Chief Medical Officer at 4cSports Injury Analytics, a startup in the midi-tech sector that offered biomechanical analytics for injury prediction modeling. Milica raised funding, obtained a patent, and conducted research studies. Milica also worked as an Adjunct Instructor of Human Performance at Montana State University-Bozeman, where they taught undergraduate courses in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, and Strength and Conditioning.

Milica McDowell, PT, MSPT, DPT, C-EP, has a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Idaho State University, which they obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2003. Milica completed their undergraduate education at Montana State University-Bozeman, where they obtained dual Bachelor's degrees in Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Milica McDowell also holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy certification from the State of Montana, which they obtained in 2003.
