Yonit Eitan

Yonit Eitan has had a long and successful career in the food industry. Yonit began in 1998 as a Food Engineer at Danziger Pinchas Technologies. In 2000, they moved to Materna Industries L.P. as the R&D Department Manager and also took a role as Application Group Technologist at Nestle Ice Cream. In 2011, they started at Osem Israel as a Project Manager, responsible for the implementation of IT systems in SAP for the R&D food technology department and training of food technology of the daughters companies. In 2014, they joined Gat Givat Haim as an R&D and Innovation Technologist. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Head of Food Applications at Phytolon.

Yonit Eitan earned a BSc in Food Eng. from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998. Yonit then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2017 and 2019.
