Shrey Shah

Shrey Shah is a talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in building and scaling talent acquisition functions. Currently serving as Lead - Talent Acquisition at PI Industries Ltd since July 2025, Shrey drives the talent acquisition agenda across various business lines, ensuring effective attraction and onboarding of talent. Prior to this role, Shrey held various positions at Native from March 2018 to June 2025, including Associate Principal, where the focus was on connecting people and organizations for seamless growth. Shrey began the professional career at Tata Consultancy Services, working as a System Administrator from July 2015 to March 2018 while progressing through several consultant roles. Shrey holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Arts, Commerce and Science.
