Jillian Black

Jillian Black is an experienced piano teacher with a career spanning from 1979 to the present, specializing in teaching students from elementary to Diploma levels in piano, theory, composition, as well as violin, flute, cello, and double bass. Prior to a long tenure in music education, Jillian held various positions in government departments, including roles such as Policy Clerk at the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, Training Officer at the Australian Customs Service, and Administration Clerk at the Department of Defence of Australia, with a focus on accounts management. Jillian's educational background includes studies at the NSW Conservatorium of Music, the Canberra School of Music, Kambala School, and Wagga Wagga High, culminating in a Higher School Certificate.
