Ray Hsu

Ray Hsu has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ray started their career as a Process Engineer at Vanguard International Semiconductor Company in 2001, where they were responsible for daily IC Litho process engineering. Ray then joined United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) in 2003 as a Staff Engineer, where they coordinated BEOL processes and conducted process research and development for various nodes. At Spansion, they worked as a Litho Technical Manager and Member of the Technical Staff from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they returned to UMC and served as a Sr. Staff Engineer, specializing in advanced technology development and lithography process activities. From 2012 to 2019, Ray Hsu worked at 台灣杜邦股份有限公司 (PiBond) as a Global Key Account Manager, where they managed key accounts and distributors, provided sales support, technical and application support, and coordinated quality events. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Visera as the CF PIE Dept. Manager, and in 2021, they became the Vice President of Marketing at PiBond. Throughout their career, Ray has gained extensive experience in sales, technical and application support, quality event coordination, and lithography process development.

Ray Hsu holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from National Taiwan University. The specific start and end years of their study remain unknown.
