Victor Ochoa

Victor Ochoa has extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. Victor currently serves as the Managing Director at Swineworks since June 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at PIC as a Supply Chain Manager, responsible for disseminating genetic improvement to customers efficiently. Additionally, they served as an Animal Well Being Specialist at PIC until June 2021.

Before joining PIC, Victor worked at Smithfield Foods for several years. Victor started as a Farm Manager in 2007 and held this position until 2015. During their tenure, they also took on the role of Recruitment Training Manager, supervising and mentoring a large team. Victor actively participated in employee selection and training processes, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.

Victor began their career at Granjas Carroll de México as a Complex Manager Assistant from 2004 to 2006.
