Deanne Holz

Deanne Holz is an experienced professional in strata management, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Strata Operations & Growth at PICA Group since February 2016. Holz has held various senior roles within the organization, including Executive General Manager for the NSW Strata Division and General Manager for the NSW Southern Region. Prior to joining PICA Group, Holz was the General Manager at Strata Plus, where a promotion followed initial roles as Senior Strata Manager and Quality Operations Manager. With over a decade of experience, Holz has also held positions at notable firms such as The Strata Agency, Dynamic Property Services, Harvie Strata Management, Insite Asset Specialists, and Monteath & Powys Strata Management, managing a diverse range of residential, commercial, and community schemes.
