Karen Belcher

Karen Belcher is a Senior Strata Specialist at PICA Group, where Karen focuses on NSW Strata Operations & Growth. Prior to their current role, Karen held various positions at the Strata Plus Group, including Principal Licensee and Head of People & Culture. With a background in General Management and Strategic Planning at Dynamic Property Services Pty Ltd, Karen has also served as a Managing Director and Licensee-in-Charge. Earlier in their career, Karen was a Strata Manager at Alliance Strata Management.
