Aik Han Tan

Aik Han Tan is an experienced factory and operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Factory Manager at PICA Manufacturing Solutions since March 2020, Aik Han Tan oversees key performance indicators related to yield, productivity, and quality for 3.5” hard drive products. Prior roles include Senior Operations Manager and Engineering Manager at Sensata Technologies from May 2015 to March 2020, and Principal Engineer (Manager) at Western Digital from July 2004 to May 2015. Aik Han Tan also has experience as a Process Engineer at APM Shock Absorbers Sdn Bhd, focusing on workforce management and process improvement. Aik Han Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, as well as a Higher Diploma and Diploma in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering from INTI International University & Colleges.
