Tania Pashkevich

Tania Pashkevich has extensive experience in sales operations and enablement, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations and Enablement at Picarro since June 2004. In this role, Tania focuses on optimizing sales processes to drive operational excellence, meet financial targets, and enhance customer satisfaction. Previous positions at Picarro include Senior Sales Operations Manager, where Tania led productivity initiatives, and Global Channel Program Manager, responsible for developing formalized sales programs. Tania's earlier career includes roles in research engagements and customer support management, as well as inside sales support at Tsunami, Inc., and production engineering at ChipX, Inc. Tania holds an M.S. in HVAC from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
