Roy Costner

Roy Costner has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Spectrum Reach since September 2004, where innovative campaign strategies are created to meet marketing objectives. In addition to this role, Roy Costner holds leadership positions as Vice Chairman of the Pickens County Council and Chairman of the SC Entertainment & Music Hall of Fame, recognized for honoring South Carolina talents in music and entertainment. Previous experience includes holding the position of GSM at Clear Channel Communications, managing an orthopedic clinic, and founding a 3D animation company.
