Christina Smolarek

Christina Smolarek is an accomplished corporate lawyer, currently serving as General Counsel and AMLCO at Picklebet since 2022. Prior to this role, Christina was Senior Legal Counsel at VGW, where responsibilities included leading legal efforts for the Product Incubation and Fendoff product teams from 2019 to 2022. Experience also includes Corporate Legal Counsel for the Global Legal & Risk Team at IMF Bentham Limited (2016-2018) and a Lawyer in Corporate Services at Lavan Legal (2010-2015), focusing on commercial contracts, resources, M&A, and corporate governance & compliance. Christina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Chemistry/Pharmacology from The University of Western Australia and completed an Executive Development Program in Computer Science at Harvard Law School in 2021.
