Hanish Ak is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Pickright Technologies since January 2023, where Hanish has developed a Micro-service in Spring Boot, enhancing system performance by 30%, and optimized system efficiency through Redis caching and Kafka integration, achieving a 40% reduction in response times. Previously, at ZETWERK, Hanish worked as a Software Engineer, achieving a 300ms response time for the Customer Dashboard through data engineering optimizations.
