Austin Steed

Austin Steed is the founder of PickTrace, a software company specializing in workforce and harvest management solutions for large-scale farms. Prior to founding PickTrace in 2020, Austin worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Blue Coat Systems from 2013 to 2014. Austin also served as a Threat Development Engineer at Solera Networks from 2012 to 2013. Before that, Austin worked as a Contract Software Engineer at Fairfield LLC in 2012, where they developed an operations management system for the agricultural industry. Austin also gained experience as a Team Leader/Software Engineer at Aries Security LLC in 2010, and as a Software Engineer at Soltura Language Inc in 2009. Austin began their career as a Software Engineer at Crayon Logic in 2008. Austin also held positions as an Assistant System Administrator at JSerra Catholic High School in 2006 and at Interactivate, Inc from June to December 2006.
