Steven Crowley

Steven Crowley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steven has held various positions in different organizations throughout their career.

Steven started their career at Salomon Brothers as a Director in the Financial Services & Depositories division, where they worked from 1987 to 1997.

Steven then joined JP Morgan as a Managing Director in the Technology Group, focusing on developing relationships with internet and business service companies. Steven completed IPOs, capital raises, and acquisition/mergers during their time there.

After leaving JP Morgan, Steven worked as a Managing Director at Fox-Pitt, Kelton, where they managed client coverage of Financial Technology and Business Service. Steven'sresponsibilities included acquisitions and capital raises.

In 2002, Steven joined Payment Resources International as a CFO, bringing their experience in strategic planning, business turnarounds, and financial restructurings. Steven also assisted in acquisition due diligence, equity planning, business valuations, and alliances.

Steven later became a Partner at GC Andersen Partners LLC, where they worked from 2008 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Steven owned their own business called Consulting&Coaching. Steven provided advice to C-level management in the development of business plans and completed Fairness Opinions and Valuation reports for private funds and pension plans. Steven also handled M&A transactions.

In 2016, Steven joined Pickwick Capital Partners as a Managing Director.

Currently, they are working as a Director at CFO Consulting Partners, where they provide senior-level financial management and accounting services to small and mid-sized public and private companies.

Steven Crowley attended the University of Baltimore from 1977 to 1979, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Prior to this, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore. In addition to their degrees, Steven also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), although details regarding the institution and the year of certification are not provided.
