Anaïs Legendre began their work experience in 2012 as a Chef de projet Direction des programmes at GROUPE M6. In 2013, they joined Groupe TF1 as a Chargée de veille programmes TV de Flux, where they were responsible for writing benchmark documents, identifying new TV programs, analyzing global trends, and preparing event dossiers. In 2013, they also started working at Wavemaker as a Chargée de développement commercial pôle veille B2B and later became the Responsable développement commercial pôle veille B2B. In 2020, Anaïs joined Napta (ex-PickYourSkills) as a Sales Development Representative - Team Lead France. At Napta, they are involved in staffing solutions and focuses on performance, profitability, and employee engagement.

Anaïs Legendre began their education in 2004 at Lycée St Joseph Les Maristes, where they received their Baccalauréat in Économie in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Sciences Po and obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication en entreprise, Gestion des ressources humaines, Sociologie du travail, Organizational. Anaïs then pursued their studies at Carleton University from 2010 to 2011 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Human resources management, Marketing communication, and International business. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they returned to Sciences Po and earned their Master 2 (M2) degree in Affaires, gestion, marketing et services de soutien apparentés.
