Taylor Richards possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cowgirl Q, Picnic People, and Urban Solace Catering since October 2018. Prior to these roles, Taylor held the position of Field Operations Supervisor at Bright Event Rentals from July 2015 to October 2018 and worked as a Sales Specialist at Deschutes Brewery from October 2013 to May 2015. Taylor began a career in event coordination as a Junior Event Coordinator at Picnic People from October 2004 to September 2013. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government and an Associate's Degree in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies, both obtained from California State University San Marcos between 2007 and 2012. Additional experience includes leadership roles such as Lead Partner at California State University San Marcos and Team Lead at Jamba Juice.
